Overview
Businesses nowadays are using Multi-Product Messages to send dynamically selected lists of up to 30 chosen products targeted to the customer. But having a 30-product limit was difficult for some businesses to showcase their products in the way that meets their business needs. What do we do now?
With the Catalog feature, these businesses will be able to have a storefront displayed natively within WhatsApp to showcase their products and services with customers.
When enabled, the catalog storefront icon and catalog-related buttons appear in conversation and business profile as above.
Enable/Disable the Catalog

Benefits of Catalog Feature
Catalog will complement businesses’ assisted shopping experience on WhatsApp as follows:
- Enhanced Browsing: Businesses can choose to showcase more than 30 products and services from their catalog natively within WhatsApp.
- Improved Product Discoverability: Catalog will be displayed on the chat thread and business profile, enabling users to discover products and services.
- Easy to Get Started: For businesses who have already connected their Facebook Catalog to WABA or have already used Multi-Product Messages, there is no additional onboarding required. Only minimal integration effort is needed to turn on the catalog on WhatsApp.
