Negative Responses are added in the User Messages section of a Static Step. The purpose of these responses is to make sure the bot picks up the desired intent from a query and triggers the correct Static Step depending on it. You can learn more about Negative Responses, here.
When you create a Static Step in the Bot, the next thing to do is add User Messages and Bot Responses in it. These need to be added carefully, as accurate User Messages would lead the user to the right Step on asking a query.
While adding the User Messages, you might receive an error, as shown -
The reason you receive this error is that the Negative Responses under User Messages that you have added are single words and not proper meaningful sentences. To avoid getting such errors, make sure you add fuller sentences with multiple keywords and not just a single word.
