The ideal flow for handing over the chat to an agent is, when the user asks for chatting with an agent, the chat should be handed over. Also, the bot should display a message similar to this - "Please allow me a minute to connect you to our customer excellence team".

If your bot displays a Bot Break message, after connecting to an agent, you should check the Code Step, and make sure there are no null values present.
