If you are unable to add Bulk Users through CSV in the Permission Management section, then you need to make sure that the details added in the CSV are accurate. If there is even a small error or an incorrect value added in the CSV, the entire file will fail, and the User IDs will not be added. The file cannot be executed partially, and the entire CSV is rejected.
For example:
- The users were not added using the below CSV.
- There was a special character right beside the name, which was causing the file to fail.
- Once that character was removed from the file, the CSV was executed and the User IDs were added.
