How to send payment notifications using SETU?

SETU uses Interakt APIs to send payment notifications to the users; one for acknowledgment and one for sharing payment links.
These are the default and approved HSM templates -
- Template for Payment Acknowledgment
- Template for Share payment link
The Pay Now button will open the UPI app.
In case you want to change the templates, please contact your Haptik SPOC. These templates will then have to be approved from WhatsApp using your Interakt account.
For new HSMs template -
- You will need to share the name of the template with your Haptik SPOC
- Haptik will share the template name with SETU
- SETU will then send the mentioned template to the users
Once your new template is verified, you can then set up a campaign on Interakt. SETU will then call the campaigns using Interakt APIs.
Currently, we do not support document or media upload as a part of HSM.
